Guardian is $697 per month with a $697 setup fee and adds GEO visibility, full SEO automation, AI content engine, social scheduling, and a quarterly strategy call. Sentinel is $997 per month with a $997 setup fee and adds the Home Watch AI Pro chatbot, neighborhood landing pages, a full CRM build-out, and a monthly strategy call with priority support. All plans require a 4-month minimum commitment.
